1. Definitions
In these Terms, "Service" refers to the family coordination and communication support offered by Everlin Table. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who books or participates in a session. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Everlin Table. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or submitting a form on our website, you agree to these Terms. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of themselves and, where relevant, their family.
3. Service Description
Everlin Table provides facilitated conversation and coordination support for families, including the Open Seat Conversation, Roles and Rhythms Workshop, and Whole-Family Coordination Package. These services are educational and coordination-focused. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and we do not make decisions on behalf of any family. Services are currently offered within the Bangkok metropolitan area.
4. User Responsibilities
Participants agree to engage respectfully during sessions and to provide accurate information when booking. Disruptive conduct that prevents a session from proceeding fairly may result in the session being paused or rescheduled at the facilitator's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions, including planning templates and printed sheets, remain the intellectual property of Everlin Table but are licensed to participating families for personal household use. These materials may not be resold or redistributed for commercial purposes.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for each service is published in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page and confirmed prior to booking. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. If a session must be cancelled, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance; refund eligibility depends on how much notice is given.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The Open Seat Conversation is delivered as a single session and does not include follow-up meetings unless separately booked. The Roles and Rhythms Workshop includes printed materials provided at the time of the session. The Whole-Family Coordination Package is delivered in stages over an agreed timeframe; the specific schedule is confirmed with each family individually.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a session or workshop, as outcomes depend on each family's own choices and circumstances. Our facilitators do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold Everlin Table harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may discontinue an engagement at any time by providing written notice. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Everlin Table regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect once posted to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
