Our Story

How Everlin Table began

Everlin Table started in Bangkok after its founders noticed how often household conversations about caregiving, moving, or daily routines left someone feeling unheard. Families rarely lacked care for one another. What they often lacked was a structure that gave each person an equal, calm turn to speak.

The name reflects that idea directly: a long table where every seat carries the same weight. Our founders built the first Open Seat Conversation format after sitting with several households during difficult transitions, watching how much easier discussions became once someone simply held the space fairly.

Today, Everlin Table works with families across Bangkok on matters ranging from shared caregiving to reorganizing daily routines after a change in circumstances. We stay firmly within communication and coordination. We do not advise families on what to decide — we help create the conditions for a fair conversation.

How We Work

Standards we hold ourselves to

Neutral Facilitation

Facilitators hold the format only and never weigh in on family decisions.

Confidential Sessions

What is shared in a session stays between the family and the facilitator.

Ongoing Training

Our team completes regular communication and mediation coursework.

Consistent Process

Each session follows a documented, fair structure from start to finish.

Communication support rooted in Bangkok

Everlin Table works within family coordination and communication support, a field focused on giving households structured space to talk through shared matters such as caregiving, household routines, or planning around a move. Our approach draws on facilitation methods used in community mediation, adapted for the rhythms of daily family life in Thailand. Rather than positioning any single member as the decision maker, sessions are designed so responsibility for outcomes stays where it belongs — with the family itself. Over time, households who use our workshops often describe a simple shift: conversations that once felt circular start to move forward, because everyone has already had a chance to be heard.
