Our Approach

A consistent, documented methodology

Every format we offer follows the same underlying principle: give each family member a fair, equal turn to speak, and keep every decision with the household itself. Facilitators are trained to hold the structure of a conversation without commenting on its content. Before a session, we confirm the topic and format with the family; during a session, we track turns and time to keep things even; afterward, families receive any relevant notes or planning sheets to keep. Typical engagements run from a single afternoon for the Open Seat Conversation to several weeks for staged coordination support.
